Preparation: Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
(Package contents: 360g baking mix, 6g chocolate grated, 150g cocoa-based fat glaze)
Melt butter in a saucepan and allow to cool. Then add the butter, water, baking mixture and egg as well as optionally chopped nuts into a mixing bowl and stir first briefly at low level and then stir at the highest level for 3 minutes until you get a creamy mass. Then put the dough in a baking dish of approx. 25 x 15cm or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Now sprinkle the chocolate grated on the dough. Bake the brownie for approx. 20-25 minutes at 180° C top / bottom heat or 160° C circulating air. After cooling, melt the glaze in a water bath at 40-50° C. Then coat the brownie thinly with the glaze.
