Texture roll icing and marzipan (kneaded): Roll out the roll icing respectively the marzipan with a rolling pin to the desired size and thickness. Afterwards roll over (one time) with the texture roller. The texture now is on the roll icing respectively marzipan. Afterwards you can cover the tart as usual. The texture gives the tart an elegant look.
