Glycerin for a better binding and for keeping moist and fresh. It’s emulsifying effect improves the binding of water and fat in masses.

Our glycerin is of plant origin.

It can be used for:
– ice cream (prevents drying-out and a too sweet taste)
– Pralines (prevents fat bloom)
– Sugar glaze/fondant icing
– Biscuit- and sand masses
– Sugar decoration and showpieces
– Mousse and creams

Dosage:
20-30g 1000g mass.
